Sake & Shine
A dual-venue option, Sake & Shine incorporates two locations and the common promenade between them, offering an indoor/outdoor atmosphere that can accommodate up to 1,200 guests. They’ll receive the best of both worlds with Chef Art Smith’s deviled eggs, fried chicken, Momma’s mac & cheese, and other southern favorites, complimented by Chef Morimoto’s innovative Asian cuisine, ranging from sushi to Peking duck, fried rice stations and more.
Sushi Bar
Our seafood is purchased directly from the Toyosu Market in Japan and flown in twice a week to guarantee freshness and variety.
Peking Duck Station
The result of a 16-hour process that includes double-stuffing, air-drying, frying, house-roasting and hand-carving a whole duck.
